Greg Grainger, CEO
Greg Grainger founded 1stAmeriCard in 1999. Mr. Grainger is the
driving force behind all business development activity including the
execution of 1stAmeriCard’s marketing plan which encompasses
recruiting and training independent sales agents, establishing business
partnerships with a number of leading vendors so that 1stAmeriCard can
provide its customers with the highest-quality, most reliable and
innovative services available. Under his leadership, 1stAmeriCard has
quickly become one of the fastest growing “merchant transaction

Kelly Grainger, President & Risk Management Director
Kelly Grainger joined 1stAmeriCard as a founding partner in 1999.
Mrs. Grainger developed the Risk Management team over the last five years
to insure that the installed customer base has a strong support advocate
to resolve disputes, loss and customer support issues. Included in these
duties are evaluation of reports, formulation and implementation of
policies and procedures to monitor fraud, violations and credit

John Brackenbush, Vice President of Operations
John Brackenbush
joined 1stAmericard in October of 2002. Mr Brackenbush brings with him 7 years
of Merchant and Processing experience through his previous experiences
with SEBA, a 30 year old Bank Association made up of Card Issuers and
Merchant Acquirers, and First Data Resources, who has a 150 year old
history and is the largest merchant/cardholder processor in the
United States. John's responsibilities with 1st Americard is
to oversee the 1st Advance program, Merchant retention,
Merchant background checks, customer service, and interchange
